We accept many commercial PPO and some HMO insurances. These include:

If you have a carrier that is not listed here, please contact us and inquire about your specific insurance company. Due to Dr. Donthineni’s unique and specialties, we are sometimes able to obtain out-of-network authorizations for both PPOs and Managed Care Groups, at no additional cost to you.

We also see self-pay patients. We have various payment plan options available for patients who have a need for such, and would be glad to customize one to meet your needs.  Please contact us to learn more information about fees, payment plans, and additional insurances.
